In 1966, original partners Kenneth Kern, Missy Adams and Joyce Cameron started Career Placement, Inc. as an affiliate company of Kenneth C. Kern & Associates. Career Placement, Inc. handled administrative support placement while Kern & Associates focused on professional placement.

 

In 1985, Joni Hruska Fichter joined Career Placement, Inc. as Staffing Coordinator and Sales. Over the years, she bought out Missy, Ken and Joyce and is now the sole owner and president. Career Placement, Inc. specializes in temporary, temp-to-hire and direct hire placement in a variety of industries including:
